We need to build a kitchenette for the kid so he has a separate area. Most small vanities are about the size of a sink. So this laundry sink combo set was perfect. My husband who is a plumber thought it was great. The cabinet and doors are strong and beautiful. Concerned about some ratings where stability needed to be added. We didn't find this to be true. There is nothing in the kit that can be wall mounted and we found it necessary. The sink is thinner and if something heavy fell into it I could see it dent. Some people have complained about the plastic faucet. There's courage in that, and my husband said it's okay these days as long as you don't spend a lot of money on a faucet. Basically we are very satisfied.
