I like how easy it was to use, there are no technical limitations at all so you can make everything what kind of software do exactly for your needs! Sometimes when adding tickets or using other features (like sending eMails) they don't work as well but that could be my fault because sometimes i press stuff too fast and not waiting enough before pushing them down again haha :). We have about 10 employees here in our office who receive emails from clients almost every minute day by day - now we just forward those mails automatically into helpdeskz where everyone has access even if he/she isn´t online right away :).
