I've had several pairs of Nanos and they are always great quality and durable. Now I'm not a crossfit fan, I do bodybuilding and cardio, so for me they're forever. I'm sure those who do crazy "WOD" can burn them faster than me. Overall I've always loved these. Fits true to size.

- Great show on the subject of lifting and training work. However, it is not recommended to run in it.
Cons
- The shoes are very wide, I bought my usual size but they are very loose.
