Our previous experience with software has been less than ideal. We are a small business so scalability was a key factor in choosing Sharpen. We had looked at other platforms but found them too complex and difficult to manage for smaller businesses. I am happy to say that we are loving Sharpen. It works great and is simple to use. The Agent Experience team is amazing and helpful! My experience with Sharpen has been excellent. I am impressed with the speed of the response time and the customer service team. My biggest issue with the previous platform we used was the ease of creating custom dashboards and reports. With Sharpen, it is incredibly easy to pull data together in order to get the information we need. If there is something missing, the team is able to find it within minutes. This means my team is able to stay on task rather than wasting time searching for the answer. Another thing I appreciate about Sharpen is that it keeps us up to date with the latest industry trends. There are no hidden fees or charges for anything. It is simple to use and works seamlessly.
