Replaced both wiper arms on my 2001 Ford Superduty after 16 years as original owner. This often overlooked spare part can really improve your vision with good cleaning wipes. When I lived in Seattle and spent time skiing in the mountains, the snow that often accumulated would start if I forgot to turn off the wipers when I stopped. As a result, the wiper arms wear out and lose their tension on the gear wheel. I tried to just limp her, but it was stupid. After a ride in a downpour and I'm glad I replaced both sides.
