The ability for our team members (both internal & external) access critical information through all platforms in real-time! This product has been an amazing tool - no need anymore or extra effort required when we want some info about what's happening with customers/subscribers etc., just logon using web browser at any time anywhere anytime 24*7!! Highly recommended. Nothing much yet so far but would love if they can integrate more features like integration into Salesforce CRM system could be great plus point as well. ! The product was easy to use and had all the features we needed. It's very user friendly and made our job as admins easier. The support team is also very helpful and responsive. I don't have any dislike about the software. I would say that it could be more interactive with other services like Slack or Teams. We are solving issues regarding our customers' SaaS subscriptions and usage. This helped us to get better insights into our customer's usage patterns.
