Genesys Cloud has given us the ability to be fully connected with our clients. By leveraging its real-time CRM capabilities, we have created processes that help us manage large volumes of data while still allowing us to stay ahead of the game. Our previous version of a CRM was a monolithic system that would take hours to load. Now, our new system loads within seconds and allows us to access all our data from anywhere at anytime. As far as I am concerned, it works perfectly. It even integrates with other apps like Slack so I can get updates right away. One thing that I think could be improved is the integration with Salesforce. This would allow us to automate processes like scheduling meetings, follow ups and send reminders.
