Review on Genesys Cloud by Trevor Rodke

Genesys Cloud is a cloud based customer relationship management software that allows you to connect with your customers in real time.

Genesys Cloud has given us the ability to be fully connected with our clients. By leveraging its real-time CRM capabilities, we have created processes that help us manage large volumes of data while still allowing us to stay ahead of the game. Our previous version of a CRM was a monolithic system that would take hours to load. Now, our new system loads within seconds and allows us to access all our data from anywhere at anytime. As far as I am concerned, it works perfectly. It even integrates with other apps like Slack so I can get updates right away. One thing that I think could be improved is the integration with Salesforce. This would allow us to automate processes like scheduling meetings, follow ups and send reminders.

Pros
  • It is an extremely powerful platform that gives me the ability to work with my clients 2
Cons
  • We do not have many features available yet because it is still in beta testing
  • If we want to go back and change something we have to start over.
  • I wish it would sync with salesforce so we could automate some of our daily tasks
