Perfect fit and quiet operation. Installation Recommendations: DO NOT attempt to remove the metal clip on the fan shroud. Support the fan and use a fist and light taps of a hammer to knock the motor shaft out of the fan hub (it will come out easily). Mount the fan on the new motor, support the motor and use the bushing that is slightly larger than the ring to turn on the fan. Make sure the rubber bumpers are properly aligned during assembly.
