The M18 v1.0 is probably one of the best budget projectors out there. It has excellent image quality (much better than budget $100 projectors), its brightness is decent for most indoor lighting conditions, and the sound quality is good. The fan/motor noise is loud, but you usually don't notice it after a few weeks. Strategic placement of the projector and external speakers can help. Otherwise I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend any native 1080p projector, particularly the M18, to any friend/family member looking for the most enjoyable projector experience possible. We plugged it back in and suddenly it wouldn't turn on. We fixed the issue with a new power cord and different outlets, but still no power (apart from a faint green light on the power button). After contacting customer service via email, they kindly agreed to send us a new replacement projector free of charge. We've had it for a week now and everything seems to be working great again. In short, when the projector works as expected, it's great; If not, JIMTAB support will help you troubleshoot and eventually take care of you properly. That's great too.
