Not 100% working for optional input adapter

I plugged this into the headphone jack on the front of my Kenwood. I heard him, but he doesn't hear me. I guess he needs to see if he connects to the back. I hope this works, if not I'll get a refund. If it works by tucking it in the back I'll update my review.

Pros

Plug and play, no complicated wiring. The microphone cable is long (15 feet) and easy to hide. Easily replace your old microphone
