I have two types of this net, the one I bought at the Viking store and this one. The mesh from the Viking store has a smaller mesh, but I don't recover very well from stretching. I can stretch this material very far and it still shrinks instantly and wraps the spool tightly. Eventually, to put on the roll, it regains its correct size, but it takes a while, it's an instant recovery.
