Great product missing parts

These are fantastic shootbolts provided they come with all the parts. The color and quality of the product is excellent. The only problem is they were already open and didn't have a real extension cord inside and I have no way of contacting anyone about this. Now I have to buy all the threads myself in addition to the cost of the parts. I'll give 5 stars if someone contacts me to fix this issue.
