I own all Porter Cable products and am very happy with them and will continue to use and buy! The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because the customer service doesn't match their product! I had a problem with a spare part (drain valve. I did not receive it. The package was empty). I called Porter Cable and discussed my problem but nothing was done about it! I think they are too busy making and selling great products to care about a disappointed customer! Life isn't fair, but it shouldn't be!
