The best thing is that it's easy to use, has great customer service, and works well in terms of communication between users who are dispersed geographically or working remotely from home at different times during work hours. I do not have any dislikes about this program as such but would like more options/features added over time (maybe even through an app). We're using Chime within our organization primarily for internal communications via Slack and we've found it very useful so far. It makes sure all team members can easily contact each other when needed without having to rely solely upon emailing back & forth which isn't always convenient due to being out of office sometimes. Another benefit is making certain calls into departments easier by allowing them to answer directly from their phone rather than needing to pick up another device first - also saves us money! Also helps keep track of important emails since everyone receives notifications right away if someone else responds instead.
