I like that it's integrated into Office 365, so all of my contacts are accessible from anywhere via phone or email. Sometimes when trying to contact someone who is not in an available meeting room, there will be up to 5 different rooms open at once (when only 1 was expected). This can make scheduling meetings more difficult.
