I love that it's easy to use! The ability to share documents as well is great too! It has been very helpful so far. There are some bugs here and there but nothing major. They're working hard at fixing those issues. I highly recommend this product if you need an all around solution for your support needs. We've used other products before but they were not nearly as user friendly or customizable like Deskero. You can easily set up multiple queues depending on what type of issue people have (eg tickets vs emails). This helps keep track of everything and makes sure everyone knows their role in solving problems/issues. It also allows us to assign tasks to different members within our team which gives each member more ownership over certain aspects of the project.
