card works fine, boots when configured as 4 separate drives and no RAID. Transfer the boot disk to the motherboard. If only one built-in disk was loaded and the other 3 worked in the raid. Full PCI-ex 3.0 x4 speed on each of the 4 drives in single mode. The build quality of the card is excellent, the heatsink does a good job of cooling 4 drives. UPDATE: WIN11 card, all 4 SSDs work. 1 download and the rest as Raid 0.
