cheap junk - bad "technical support "

This printer is cheap junk. DOA has arrived. The so-called "technical support" (not that technical and more disruptive than supportive) was useless in resolving issues. The "latest" drivers are over two years old and still not working. If you can get them to work you might be fine, but in my experience you will initially be disappointed with the device and the terrible "technical support" and return it.
