Bluetooth nightmare. I spent a lot of money to be able to use a Bluetooth printer with my iPAD/Square Register system. It was a pain in the neck to connect at first and accidentally disconnected. After a few months, the printer stopped connecting. Very disappointed with this product. If you pay over $400 for a printer, you should assume that it will perform as advertised. I would not recommend this product. You will be ashamed in front of your customer if the printer fails you. This can seriously damage your reputation and business when your less experienced technicians try to reconnect the printer and you will be terribly disappointed after a few months when it eventually fails to connect as other reviews have stated. I will also say there is a slight lag when it works but the fingerprint feature is great but the keyword is when it works.
