after 6 months of great work it no longer connects to our iPad. A Square spokesman said this was due to recent updates from Apple. It is no longer on the list of Square compatible devices. It would be nice if you were informed instead of being turned off at 5am on Friday. I can't reach Star Micronics to find out why.

This product worked fine for the first 4 weeks with Square POS but in the last few days the printer has stopped printing. The iPad displays "Printer Error" and the printer should be turned off, the paper tray opened, and then turned on again. There are NO returns on this item through Revain so buyers should be aware. I am currently working directly with Star Micronics.

The printer is compact, prints clearly, there are no problems printing a receipt for my Square sales. The fact that it's a blue tooth meant I could place it anywhere in my home office, which was convenient and not tied to the length of the USB cable.
