I like that it was easy for me, as an employee of ben estem's team member-to go through this process because they were so willing to help us get everything set up quickly! Also liked their ability to be really flexible in adjusting our site plan once we got into things - even if there wasn't any official documentation around what needed changing or not yet available at launch time (ahem). We had some issues getting all aspects working together well but everyone involved seemed interested enough about making sure those bugs could easily been fixed soon after being notified by one another. Having someone who can walk people though these procedures is very important when first starting something big as ours has done here since January 2015. It took only two weeks from start date until having most functionality running smoothly which made hiring employees much easier than expected compared to other providers out there where timelines are usually longer before actually seeing anything work properly.
