I like that our clients have access from anywhere in the world, 24/7! It makes me feel good knowing my team has their back when they're working remotely or out of office hours (which happens frequently). The reports section could be more robust - some data was missing so creating custom dashboards would not work well without extra manual effort. Also, there isn't an easy way to export all tickets into another ticketing software such as Jira. If this helps anyone who's looking at using remote helpdesk solutions then go ahead & give them a try! They've helped us save time while increasing productivity which ultimately saves money too :) Currently managing multiple teams within the firm providing outsourced IT services management across 10+ UK offices.
