Great customer service and support with great techs

I like that our clients have access from anywhere in the world, 24/7! It makes me feel good knowing my team has their back when they're working remotely or out of office hours (which happens frequently). The reports section could be more robust - some data was missing so creating custom dashboards would not work well without extra manual effort. Also, there isn't an easy way to export all tickets into another ticketing software such as Jira. If this helps anyone who's looking at using remote…

Great solution especially useful during COVID-19

The best thing about zSupportDesk is that it's easy to use, even if you're not familiar with tech stuff. I was able to get up and running very quickly with my first project (a website). It's also great for small businesses who may not have large IT departments at their disposal. There is a free plan which allows you to try out the software before committing to buy.
