You will receive what is shown in the photo - two sets. Easy installation.

Just what I needed to fix my leaking Peerless dual handle faucet. I chose not to use cartridges, just a seat and springs, which worked perfectly. I went with my old cartridges as these new ones slid very smoothly once installed which was a little different from the originals which I loved. I'm just picky. They arrived in a clear bag with two sets, enough to make a double handle sink or in my case I have two pedestal sinks side by side on both hot sides. Also, as some reviewers pointed out, the top castle nut is different from my original one and winds up unthreaded, which isn't a huge problem since the original can be reused. Installation was very easy and took about 5 minutes per side. Unless both sides are replaced, an easy way to determine which side (hot or cold) is leaking is to turn off the hot or cold water supply and see if the dripping stops. If the dripping stops you've found it, if not turn on the one you turned off and turn off the other side. Hot is usually the culprit, but it can be both. Once you remove the handle and nut, the cartridge will pop out. There is a rubber seal under the cartridge and a spring under the seal. I used a small flathead screwdriver to pry the gasket (being careful not to scratch or damage the area). The new spring is installed with the tapered end up (wide end down). The rubber seal goes over the spring and then a new cartridge or reuse my case (plastic, the side faucets align with the notches on the faucet body to insert) Tighten the body nut, replace the handle and you're done . Give yourself a high five and grab that drink you just saved by getting a $$$ plumber or replacing a faucet.
