I finally found something that works!

I bought the seat and cartridge from Home Improvement Giant twice and it didn't work. I finally searched the web and found this. The leak has been stopped! So happy I made it myself!

No more leaks! on faucet parts

My faucet was leaking. It dripped slowly but very annoyingly. I emailed Delta Tech Support and they said this was the exact part I needed for my two handle faucet. First I went to Low but they didn't have him. So does Home Depot. I'm so glad Revane did it. It took me less than 10 minutes to swap out both sides. No more leaks!

Works Great - Faucet Parts

It was great to be able to order these parts as local hardware stores don't stock these specific parts without having to purchase the full set of handles. My husband and I are far away. by the plumbers but I managed to remove the old ones and the new ones worked perfectly! Another DIY project for us after retirement! Saves a lot of bucks and YouTube is a great teacher!

Does not withstand high PSI

Inexpensive and relatively cheap components can't handle the high water pressure in our condo - sometimes 80 psi. The first set lasted for several years, and the next set never stopped dripping. I ended up replacing the faucet with a higher quality commercial faucet with ceramic disc cartridges. They can work well in a household with water pressure in the 40psi range.

Catastrophic FAILURE! in Crane Parts

Catastrophic Failure! I bought this to fix a dripper on a 10 year old awesome kitchen faucet. It stopped dripping so I waited. Water came out of the tap handle today. Luckily I was there. The alum-magnesium locknut is corroded. Suitable for brass thread. The kit worked on hw but it didn't work on cw. The fine thread of the new lock nut does not hold. Today I will buy a new faucet.

Pros
  • Easy Installation
Cons
  • Ugly Packaging

Wrong part size

I ordered these kits because they were listed in the installation guide for my Peerless faucet. When replacing my old cartridges and parts with new kits, I had a lot of trouble installing the spring and the little black washers. They didn't want to stay no matter what I did. I used a tool to press them in place and thought I had placed them in the right place. I completed the installation but my faucets were still dripping. I had to call a plumber to see if he could find the problem. He told me

You will receive what is shown in the photo - two sets. Easy installation.

Just what I needed to fix my leaking Peerless dual handle faucet. I chose not to use cartridges, just a seat and springs, which worked perfectly. I went with my old cartridges as these new ones slid very smoothly once installed which was a little different from the originals which I loved. I'm just picky. They arrived in a clear bag with two sets, enough to make a double handle sink or in my case I have two pedestal sinks side by side on both hot sides. Also, as some reviewers pointed out, the…
