First of all I would like to say that this company has gone above and beyond in customer service. I ordered this a while ago, but I can only work on it here and there. I live in a very dry climate and despite my best efforts the paint pots started to dry out and I just didn't have enough base colors to finish the whole painting. I contacted the company to try and buy more paint and offered to pay for that and shipping, but they sent me a whole extra kit for free! That being said, this is NOT an easy 2-3 hour project. The details are exquisite, and although I'm only half done, it comes out beautifully. I'll post a photo when done. Again, I live in an arid climate so paint drying too quickly is always a problem, but the paints in the can seem to be of pretty decent quality and easy to use. The included brushes work well too. If you are looking for a challenge with a great result this is a great paint by number and great company to buy from. **Tip: When I first received the set, the canvas was folded. I used a foam brush and cold water on the back of the canvas, then used masking tape to stretch the corners. I let it dry overnight and then repeated the process on the front. After letting the canvas dry one more time I used masking tape to go around the whole edge to attach it to the drawing board so it would be easier to paint on.
