Every time I tried to install the user manual, the table of contents page came up and then my froze system on. I'm running a Win10 system with an Intel Core i7-10870H processor, 32GB DDR-4 RAM and an Nvidia RTX 3060 GPU. Thinking it might be outdated files on the installation CD, I bought WinX DVD Ripper Platinum. EVERY TIME I tried to play a CD, DVD or BluRay disc I got the message "The disc is damaged. Please click cancel." I've also tried VLC media player. There are no dice. Since all DVDs and BluRay discs play SIMPLY GOOD on my Samsung player, I have to assume it's about It's a Verbatim device, don't waste your hard-earned money on this junk.
