This is not the easiest installation, I'll say right away. I've installed this 5 times and you need to make sure the water valve is metal or it won't stay put and you may need a plumber. this product three times. When I first bought it it lasted three years before wearing out over time and corroding a bit. I replaced this one and it was new twice, I bought one for my brother, one for my girlfriend and one for my new house. I just can't say how amazing this is and that I will never go back to toilet paper. This is a very well thought out product and will last a long time. The only warning I will give is don't push the ESC to full power or it will hurt!
