Motorhomes are a MUST-HAVE in winter

A must for motorhomes IN WINTER. Instructions for use are simple. I've used it now for several winters at -14F and can say that this manufacturer makes a good product. Strip the thermal tape to the hose without twisting it. Wrap the hose with 1.5β€³ (or 1.25β€³) pipe insulation, join each section together with a gorilla (4β€³) and wrap the tape around each leg. This method is not very flexible, but works best on long pipes. bends slightly from the faucet to the RV water inlet. I used 25// hose (taped and insulated like that) when the inlet was only a meter from the faucet. I routed the extra hose around the faucet in wide gentle curves and all was well. That way it doesn't roll up too well for summer storage. Remove and discard the insulation. Roll up the thermal tape for next winter. Ready to do it again next year. If you know a better way, please let us know.
