The integration with Salesforce makes it easy to manage our sales pipeline, track deals in progress as well see what's next for each opportunity within my team or across multiple teams/accounts (we also use this functionality internally).
We have not found anything we dislike at present but would like more integrations into other platforms such as Hubspot CRM etc., especially if they were free! I've been able find everything i need from one platform so far however there are many functions which could be improved upon / made easier by having them integrated elsewhere - just an observation of course :) Integrating VELOXY has led us towards greater efficiency & productivity throughout all aspects relating directly back down through reporting too via Pardot Marketing automation toolset + Google Analytics data reports.
