At first I had an issue that had nothing to do with the quality or the product in general. XYGStudy was able to solve my problem quickly and had great communication. As for the display, it's a very nice display. Personally, I painted the entire surface of the device black to easily get rid of the gray frame around it. I just wish the ribbon cable wasn't on the bottom of the display, but I was able to paint it black with no issues. The case is good, just wish it covered the sides of the display a bit more. But I really like how sturdy and clean the back panel is. It can protect the back of the circuit board, the adhesive tape and the chips on it. Personally I didn't use screws but used screws and double sided tape to hold the two pieces together. After it was just glued on, I removed the screws. I use the display as a PC monitor in a housing. It works great and I'm fumbling with the rain sensor to get the display working.
