works but has issues.
This works, but as you can see in the photos, the parts I received did not actually fit my printer, the thickness of the base prevented the parts from fitting- fortunately I have the toolsto fix this sort of manufacturing mistake and the rest worked.
I have done only limited printing since installing, enough to both confirm that it works, and that there is some marginal difference in extrusion that seems to lend to layer separation in some of my prints, but this is without yet changing the settings as recommended by the manufacturer to test again. I think I may also increase extruder and bed temperatures slightly on my machine to
- ✔️Had to change the extruder e-steps from 100 to 139. For 1.75mm Filament. This Kit NOT include the stepper motor and instruction manual, we need to DIY :)
- The extruder may not be required for simple 3D prints, making it an unnecessary expense
