I've had some issues printing the first layer on my printer for a while, and this new extruder solved it. Thank goodness! The materials seem sturdy and well made so far, I definitely appreciate that too. Which is why my overall rating is so high. Definitely a great result for the price. That being said, here are my main complaints about this extruder:* No installation instructions. This product does not come with installation instructions. That said, I didn't realize the product pictures on ebay include an installation video. I understand why they wouldn't want to pay for printing and translations when videos like this exist, then the extruder wouldn't be as cheap as it is today. But even a slip of paper with the link to the video would have been nice.* The spring screw didn't quite fitOn the swingarm, there is a small screw used to hold the spring in place. (Not to be confused with the tension screw). In the video, the spring slips right over the screw. However, the spring did not fit over the head of my screw. Luckily, there was an Ace Hardware nearby so I found a screw to replace it. And judging from what I saw there, it seems like a common issue with minor tolerance shifts in the screw head. Half the screws I tested fit, half didn't.* Won't Fit the CR6 SE Runout Sensor Without a RiserIf you're installing this on a CR6 SE, before you dismantle the old extruder make sure you hop on Thingiverse and print a riser for the Filament Runout Sensor. Otherwise, the hole for the sensor won't line up with the hole for the extruder. Speaking of holes, after you print the riser check that the screw holes line up on the sensor. The tolerances on my printer were a bit off, so I had to widen one of the holes to get it to line up.__So yeah, make sure you have some spare M3 pitch 50 screws lying around, and this extruder is definitely worth the money.
