Disappointed good for me
I really want to like this product. It sets up easily and the software is very user friendly. That being said, it is not 1080P, it is 1080N, big difference. The unit doesn't recognize the hard drive. I checked it and the connections were good. I wrote to customer support with no reply. I contacted Best Buy and they don't replace the item. They did offer me $30 credit for my next purchase, however, I am very disappointed that the product is not as advertised and does not work properly as it should. There is no storage available thus no pictures or video.
