I ordered this knife after seeing it on YouTube in a video by the San Francisco Baking Institute (Search the San Francisco Baking Institute - Forming High Moisture Dough) showing how to make an 8th -inch drywall knife used to make it easier to manage high hydration dough during molding His demo showed how the tool made dough management much easier and simpler. also proven very useful Stainless steel is easy to clean and ideal for food handling Quality construction Recommended for DIY and baking. :)
