First of all I am not a professional mechanic/technician. I am 72 years old and consider myself an intermediate level automotive hobbyist with an above average set of tools including air impact wrenches and air ratchet wrenches. Maybe next install I can set the 3 o'clock marker. But it took 6-7 hours. Most of that was spent reading and rereading instructions. Not to say they're badly written, but it was a device I wasn't familiar with. So I read the guide many times to make sure I got it right the first time. I also watched a few YouTube videos. Incidentally, the Air Lift video was the least helpful. Too short/too fast. I had an apparently common, frustrating experience when tightening the nut on the driver's side upper bracket bolt that goes through the original hole in the bumper. The interference created by the large wiring harness, DEF tank mount, and the top mount itself made accessing the bolt and tightening the nut extremely difficult. Took me over 45 minutes! One reviewer described it as "impossible". Not quite, but close. I found the best jacking method for me was to raise the entire car high enough and place jack stands under the hitch frame. Remove the tires and spare tire, then use a jack under the differential to raise and lower the suspension as needed during installation. I like this system once installed. I have a 32 foot trailer with about 1100 pounds drawbar. My 2015 F250 doesn't have an off-road package, so even with weight distribution bars, the tongue lowered the rear of the truck more than I wanted. This device fixes that. I'm glad. For the record, Firestone has a name, Air Lift has a game.
