I love that they have options for different plans as well as auto-enrollment! The interface is very easy to navigate even if you are not familiar with online insurance platforms (which some people may be). We were able to enroll in our first plan within minutes by using this website. There isn't much to dislike about it. It's really great overall. If nothing else, we can use them if we need help signing up for other policies later down the road. My husband has had a hard time finding affordable healthcare options since he moved out west so this was helpful to us. Centivo is very user friendly. I was able to easily navigate the website and find what I needed. The customer service is always willing to help and is very knowledgeable in the benefits area. I have not found anything that I dislike about Centivo. I have been using Centivo for about a year now and have not had any issues. The benefits are easy to navigate and the customer service is always willing to help. Centivo has been a great benefit to our company.
