Cute but poorly made.
It is recommended to prime and paint the steel before assembly. Lots of vacations and scratches on the paintwork. Raw steel contact points, particularly on the underside of the ladder attachment. The holes don't seem to line up. It is recommended that self-tapping screws be pre-painted to match. These pre-drilled holes do not line up, so self-adhesive tape needs to be drilled. One half on the steel wasn't touching so it wasn't quite aligned. Recommendations on this sales page. You will need an electric drill and a concrete drill and some glue for the sealant.
