PROS: Great overall sound Good bass No distortion at high volume Quality build material CONS Large size and thickness Uncomfortable due of greatness I would like to start by saying that music is a big part of my life and the quality of the music and performance is something I always pay attention to. In terms of performance, these are amazing speakers! I have fitted them to 2 different helmets, fitted the first one to my open face helmet and then permanently moved them to my full face. Also works great for phone calls. I have no problem hearing my music or calls, especially at high speeds. THE BIGGEST AND ONLY PROBLEM I HAVE WITH these speakers is that they are really big and extremely uncomfortable on the ears, especially when wearing a helmet for long periods on longer trips. Because they are so wide and thick, they put a lot of pressure on the ears and cause pain. I had to adjust them several times in my helmet to find a tolerable place in my helmet. And because they were reconfigured so many times, the velcro in the helmet began to wear out. This is the main reason I switched it from my jet helmet to full face as the full face has a bit more padding to cover the speakers so it sits a bit more flush with the helmet. The pain was unbearable for my jet helmet. Overall conclusion: excellent audio performance speakers! but you will sacrifice a lot of comfort in your helmet for the sake of quality. Now head shape and helmet vary by person but personally I haven't fitted it to my helmet yet and with Amazon's policy of not returning them if they're already fitted to the helmet I would stay away from them for though they're great speakers, they really are that uncomfortable. I'm stuck with them now so I've made some changes to make them tolerable like I said before, but looking back now I'd rather buy something thinner with similar performance quality or even slightly worse quality for the comfort factor.
