Another useless product from HydraSense

I bought an earlier version of this pump because I need an automatic pump that starts at less than 1/2 inch of water. The first was a total failure because it ran once and never again. So I made a BIG mistake hoping that this "improved" version 1.2 would solve this problem. NO! I turned it off during our first heavy rain, turned it on and then about 15 seconds later it stopped completely and stayed that way and the water rose 1 inch and flooded my living room. As much as I hope these will be great products, I have to conclude that they promise NOTHING.
