Always wanted one. for internal hard drives

I received this along with a fresh copy of Windows 10 Pro which I plan to install on this drive when my Win 8.1 drive is almost full. (Currently, this may be the case shortly.) I'm planning to take my old black 1TB WD drive, make a drive out of it, and install the OS on that drive. A friend of mine had one and I was really impressed with its speed and reliability. When Win 10 came out I decided to buy a new WD Velociraptor to get it working. At $199.99 for a brand new drive that retailed for $232, it felt like it was time to buy, and so did I. I'm currently planning to wait until my Win 8.1 Pro system runs the free upgrade to Win 10 Pro first and see how my current drive looks before proceeding with the install to the new drive, but based on my experience I don't expect any issues . .Update: 6/4/14: Just a note. I installed this drive in a Dell Inspiron 3847 along with two other drives. The Raptor is located along with another drive in the drive cage at the bottom of the case. (Another drive is installed in an available 5.4 bay with a 3.5 adapter.) I ran into a small problem that I was aware of, but didn't know if it would show up in this case or not. I check my system temp from time to time and upon checking I found that the Raptor was running at 135F. It's a bit hot for me and I installed a small case fan to the right of the drive cage and since the MB has a 4-pin fan slot next to the unused basket, it plugs in there quite well. Temperature dropped to around 90-99 F with use. Much better. The fan "pulls" air out of the basket without forcing air into it. The reason for this is that the case has a series of large vents under the front of the case for ventilation, located just in front of the drive case, and this arrangement allows air to flow through them over the drives instead of over the drives blow case. Works great and the temps look way better.
