Review on Kraus KPF-2620SFS Oletto Kitchen Faucet: 16 Inch Spot Free Stainless Steel, Top-notch Performance by Travis Rio

I bought this faucet based on reviews and to complement my Kraus sink. I'm about to pour a concrete countertop and temporarily install this faucet while I finish my cabinets. We were very pleased with the performance of this faucet until about four days ago when we noticed that opening the drain at the highest temperature (away from the sink) was producing significantly less flow than at the medium temperature setting. At the lowest temperature setting (closest to the sink) the flow rate was also significantly reduced. I have contacted the manufacturer but have not yet received a reply. I have expired returns through Revain but I hope the manufacturer can resolve any issue. Also note that the first order for this particular faucet was returned immediately upon receipt as a VERY used and scratched faucet was sent to me with no documentation or any required parts. I will update this review once I get a response from the manufacturer.
