I like that we can manage our calls from one place which makes it easy for customers when calling us with questions or concerns while they are in an emergency situation! Customer Service is very poor at times but this could be because there isn't enough call operators during certain hours of operations as well since answering phones would mean less money per hour paid out then having more agents working their scheduled shifts (or doing overtime). Sometimes if someone has called many different numbers looking into issues before finally getting through by chance - sometimes only 1 person answers instead 3+ people who just give them generic info about products etc.. This becomes frustrating especially over time once your trying figure things ouut how best help resolve problems quickly without wasting peoples' valuable phone minutes & waiting around all day until next business morning opening up shop so its not even 9am yet!!
