I really wanted this to work, but it didn't work. It looked sturdy in the photo and as described I really thought it would work. The instructions say to twist it a quarter turn, place it in the toilet, and then twist it again to close it for sucking. same as my husband but to no avail. There was no suction at all. Edited to add: I requested a refund and was fine with it until I got the joy of boxing a used toilet plunger to ship somewhere. They want it back, I think I'll just soak it in bleach, let it dry, and then wrap it in layers of plastic. Germophobic, here, OCD, yes, that's me!
