Review on Golden 36405 Acrylic Ground Pastel by Carrie Spencer

This is amazing! In the months I've been looking for an alternative to the very expensive and affordable Uart sandblast paper that I love, I just couldn't work with the cheaper Canson and Strathmore, I need pastel sandblast paper but they are too expensive. Someone recommended this product to me not long ago and I'm happy. After applying a thin layer it looked like pastel paper sanded by Uart. It has an excellent tooth and holds many, many layers of pastel. Initially I found it too rough, but after applying a few layers everything worked and fell into place. It's probably rougher than the 800 Uart, but I'm ok with that. It's a lot cheaper than buying ready made pastel paper, you get ripped off and it's not worth it. This little 8 ounce jar will last a long time. If you're looking for an alternative to pastel sandpaper (whether you're a beginner or a pro), just buy it and you won't be disappointed!
