Soft and absorbent. Ideal for cleaning granite countertops. I've been struggling with meters in my new house and have tried to find everything I could find online. Then, voila! wiping them down with a microfiber towel immediately after rinsing off, cut elbow work by 10 steps and shone on the shelves! I wash them with other towels, but I learned a long time ago not to use fabric softener and not to tumble dry them. Makes them more absorbent.
