Review on Honda Lower Ball Joint Tool 🔧 Set: OTC (7996) - Make Replacing a Breeze by Kevin Ballard

I bought this for my 92 Accord EX. The launch adapter and receiver cup were too long to fit in the C-frame and I couldn't push the old ball joint out. After playing around with it for about 20 minutes I gave up and finally put the head on the ball joint and knocked it out with a hammer. Then I couldn't install the new ball joint with the tool as this set does not include the 38355 cup or the 7249 ball joint kit, so I ended up hammering in the new ball joint as well. Very disappointed, I spent a lot of money on these tools and couldn't even use them when I needed them. I'm leaving out the 7249 set because it (hopefully) works with many other vehicles and will probably be useful to me in the future. But I'm not sure what I'm going to do with this 7996 set.
