Most likely it is coils whistling, the so-called choke. I gave it to the service, they kept it there for a month, after which they returned it with exactly the same problem, although in the end they changed the motherboard. In shop listened to other HP - all make such sound. I had to take it back, because. the repair time was almost a month. It's funny, I used to consider HP a manufacturer of high-quality and good equipment. It turned out I was very wrong.
