If I want a refund it looks like I have to pay for the return shipping.
The product was not new as advertised. Judging by the mounting holes, it has already been installed. One of the holes isn't even round and the screw won't go through. The laminated core is loose. The box was opened and sealed with tape. I feel excluded. Apparently if I want a refund I have to pay for the return shipping and wait 7 days to get a refund. F7PZ-12029-AA has a number on the box and does not match the number on the reel (F7PJ-12029-AA). My original doesn't even have a sticker on my van. I'm not even sure if this is a Motorcraft OEM coil.
