The monitor burned out completely after 2 months - it stopped working and showed a bright white screen only when it was on and connected to the network. Revain support provided troubleshooting steps but as it was outside of the return window it was not replaced. Big! The only option was to contact Samsung who wanted me to wrap it up and send it to them to tinker with. It was like talking to a set of brick walls. An affordable monitor that stopped working after 2 months and you want me to ship it across the country for someone to fix? Girl, just replace it. I will buy another monitor - not Samsung, that's for sure.
